The Sequel to the indie hit Unravel Was Announced and Release at the EA Presser at E3 2018 1

During the EA press conference, the studio behind Unravel announced that the sequel for their game was just launched today. There were very few details about Unravel 2 discussed during this press conference, instead, EA decided to focus on showing gameplay to the live studio audience and those watching around the world.

The gameplay seemed to be similar to the original game with a focus on two-character puzzles and a slightly darker storyline. The goal for this sequel is for players to find the lost light from the first game. The developers that came on stage to talk about Unravel 2 called it, “A game about fresh starts and second chances.”

It’s also a game about two characters—literally. Whether or not you play Unravel 2 alone or with someone else, two characters will be on screen and playable. With classic mic-drop style, the developers left the stage and ended the segment by announcing that Unravel 2 is out now.
