XCOM 2 leads the charge

XCOM 2 (PS4) Review 7

June 2018 is upon us and that means another month of free PlayStation Plus titles for the instant game collection digital library.

The games up on offer this month include Trials Fusion and XCOM 2 for the PlayStation 4, while PlayStation 3 owners will get Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon: Future Soldier and Zombie Driver Driver HD. PlayStation Vita owners will receive Atomic Ninjas and the game Squares.

Starting things off with Trials Fusion, fans of physics-based action games should be right at home with RedLynx’s popular racing game, as the title offers over the top and precariously design race tracks that utilize physics-based gameplay to offer up a truly unique arcade experience.

XCOM2 is the big stand out game for the month of June 2018, giving players a fully featured real-time-strategy title that pits them against all manners of extra-terrestrial threats. Players looking for a flexible RTS title that caters both to newcomers and to the hardcore player base, should check out XCOM 2 when it becomes available.

PlayStation 3 players will get Zombie Driver HD, a single player racing game that features zombies, explosions, huge bosses and all sorts of road rage induced fits of carnage.

Players looking for a more serious title can deep into the world of Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon: Future a solider, a tried and tested classic from Ubisoft, giving players the opportunity to test out some high tech weapons of warfare minus all of the consensuses associated with a real war.

PlayStation Vita owners will get Atomic Ninjas, a fun and lighthearted platformer that also happens to feature some good multiplayer support, a plethora of weapons and gear and eight super abilities that further mix up the fast gameplay found within the portable title.

Finally, Vita owners will get the indie title Squares, a simple but addicting puzzle game. The title feature reflex-based gameplay that test players dexterity through its 91 levels that feature both touch and rear teach and motion gyro based control support.
